When staying at Vivo Nosara, we want you to make you feel at home!

We welcome independent travelers who are looking for a peaceful and natural getaway. Our management is fully remote, please consider there will be no reception or management staff on site during your stay. Email us if you have any questions or concerns prior to your arrival, we won’t be able to answer phone calls.

The reservation system will request your credit card information. This information is secure and will be deleted automatically 14 days after check out. We won’t make any charges right away, we follow our payment policies to do so. If you need an invoice or a factura electrónica with specific information, send us an email with that information so we can create the invoice accordingly.

If you are a citizen or resident of Costa Rica or a repeat guest, send us an email before booking to receive a code that you can use to apply a discount when making your reservation.

If you select one of our connecting rooms please consider that noise between rooms is expected. Parking is available on the street, it is not private and we don’t have security on site. Please take care of your valuables and don’t leave anything unattended.

Our minimum length of stay is 2 nights for the hotel and 3 nights for the apartment.

Payment and Cancellation Policies

 

– Complete payment must be done 2 weeks before check in during Green Season (May- September) or 1 month before check in during High Season (November- April). We will proceed with the charge to the credit card used for the reservation.

– If a cancellation or modification is required within that period no refund shall be made (except for cases of medical or health complications, and/or death within the family).

– If a cancellation or modification is made, that payment can be used as credit for a future visit. If we are able to resell the room(s) we will gladly refund the total amount for the nights sold.

We do ask our guests to keep the noise level low and we also encourage guests to:

 

Be respectful to the locals.

Don’t litter this amazing land.

Don’t take seashells from the beach. 

Drive safely to keep humans and fauna alive.

 

This is a no-smoking hotel, smoking is not allowed in the premises.

Water and electricity are valuable resources in the area we try to protect, please be mindful of their use. Leave your A/C, fan and lights off when you are not inside your room.

We like to keep green practices in our laundry, so please reuse your towels if possible and don’t stain them with bug spray, makeup, sunblock or mud. Please don’t take the towels to the beach, as the sand damages our laundry equipment.

There are two parking spaces on the street just in front of the pool area and a suitable area for parking located diagonally to the left once you pass the hotel. Please don’t block the garage, any other cars, entrances or the road when parking. Use each parking spot correctly, by centering your car with the space, to allow other cars to exit and park.

We will charge a $50 fee to the credit card on file if a key is lost. We will also charge the credit card on file for any damage made to the property.
