OUR ROOMS
Vivo Nosara has a total of 7 rooms, each with a different layout and guest capacity to accommodate your needs. All the rooms are located at the ground level of the hotel. Each room has a private bathroom and a terrace or balcony for you to enjoy!
All rooms have A/C and WiFi (except the Jungle View ECO room), mini-fridge, hand soap and body wash.
Daily housekeeping is not included. If you need extra towels or sheets, just let us know in advance. Our housekeeper is off on Sundays, so no cleaning is scheduled for that day. Laundry services can be arranged for an extra charge depending on the load size.

Jungle View

• Bed Size: 1 Queen and 1 Individual Bed
The Jungle View room has a queen bed and a sofa bed, that we can set as an individual bed. Please let us know if you need the sofa set as a bed for us to prepare it for you! The room offers a private bathroom with a rain shower. It has a private entrance and patio behind the Juice Bar. This room is shaded by the trees located just outside of the terrace. This room is a connecting room so noise between rooms is expected. We do ask our guests to keep the noise level low as Vivo serves as a silent and peaceful getaway.
Patio View Triple

The Patio View Triple room has a queen bed and a sofa bed, that we can set as an individual bed. Please let us know if you need the sofa set as a bed for us to prepare it for you! It has views of the patio area where you can relax in some hammocks under the almond trees and offers a private bathroom with a rain shower. This room is a connecting room so noise between rooms is expected. We do ask our guests to keep the noise level low as Vivo serves as a silent and peaceful getaway.
Patio View Group

The Patio View Group has two queen beds and it offers a large private bathroom with a rain shower. It has views of our patio area where you can relax in some hammocks under the almond trees. We do ask our guests to keep the noise level low as Vivo serves as a silent and peaceful getaway.
Terrace View

Our Terrace View room has a queen bed and a sofa bed, that we can set as an individual bed. Please let us know if you need the sofa set as a bed for us to prepare it for you! This room offers a private bathroom with a rain shower. It is located in our internal terrace area, which gives it more privacy, and it is overlooking our jungle trails. This room is a connecting room so noise between rooms is expected. We do ask our guests to keep the noise level low as Vivo serves as a silent and peaceful getaway.
Ocean View

The Ocean View room has a queen bed and offers a private bathroom with a rain shower. You can wake up to a stunning ocean view and enjoy the surrounding nature from its private balcony. We do ask our guests to keep the noise level low as Vivo serves as a silent and peaceful getaway.
Jungle View ECO (No WiFi, No A/C)

• Bed Size: 1 Queen
The Jungle View ECO room has a queen bed and offers a private bathroom with a rain shower. This is the most private room located below the first floor of the property with a large patio and jungle views. This room doesn’t have A/C but it is rarely needed because of the ocean and mountain breezes we have all year. We do ask our guests to keep the noise level low as Vivo serves as a silent and peaceful getaway. No A/C – WiFi not available.
Payment and Cancellation Policies:
– Complete payment must be done 2 weeks before check in during Green Season (May- September) or 1 month before check in during High Season (November- April). We will proceed with the charge to the credit card used for the reservation.
– If a cancellation or modification is required within that period no refund shall be made (except for cases of medical or health complications, and/or death within the family).
– If a cancellation or modification is made, that payment can be used as credit for a future visit. If we are able to resell the room(s) we will gladly refund the total amount for the nights sold.

Be respectful to the locals.
Don’t litter this amazing land.
Don’t take seashells from the beach.
Drive safely to keep humans and fauna alive.
This is a no-smoking hotel, smoking is not allowed in the premises.
Water and electricity are valuable resources in the area we try to protect, please be mindful of their use. Leave your A/C, fan and lights off when you are not inside your room.
We like to keep green practices in our laundry, so please reuse your towels if possible and don’t stain them with bug spray, makeup, sunblock or mud. Please don’t take the towels to the beach, as the sand damages our laundry equipment.
There are two parking spaces on the street just in front of the pool area and a suitable area for parking located diagonally to the left once you pass the hotel. Please don’t block the garage, any other cars, entrances or the road when parking. Use each parking spot correctly, by centering your car with the space, to allow other cars to exit and park.
We will charge a $50 fee to the credit card on file if a key is lost. We will also charge the credit card on file for any damage made to the property.
